Terms and Conditions:
Not the most exciting part of your booking, but thank you for reading this.
These terms and conditions are a contract between you (the hirer) and Simply Bells (the company). And relate to the hiring of Simply Bells Bell Tents, equipment and furnishings.
By booking with Simply Bells means that you have accepted and will abide by terms and conditions laid out.
Simply Bells will endeavour to communicate with the hirer, to agree the hire period and discuss prior set-up the most suitable time and a collection time. Extra days could result in an additional fee to the hirer.
A 20% deposit of the total hire cost (which is none refundable) is payable at the time of booking. We will then forward a booking confirmation depending on availability.
A deposit of £150 (which is none refundable) will secure your date, then at a later date we will then discuss and agree the total number of Bell Tents required for you and your guests.
The remaining balance is then due 4 weeks prior to your booking. Plus a refundable security deposit of £80 per Bell Tent.
When hiring one of our Bells Tents you are responsible for any damages or losses, all that we ask is that you treat our Bells if they were your own.
Any damages or losses will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please clear the Bell of any rubbish and we strictly ask that nobody smokes whilst inside and that you do not allow any pets inside (any sign of this will result in the loss of your security deposit).
We kindly ask that there isn’t any form of jumping or bouncing on our beds and that only one person sleeps in the camp bed.
We do not allow any cooking or naked flames in our Bells.
To protect the furnishings from any rain damage, we ask that you zip the Bell Tent up fully when raining.
Simply Bells do not accept any liability for any personal injury. Please ensure that you step around the guy ropes and take care.
It is the hirers responsibly to ensure that permission has been given to erect the Bell Tents in the specified area and to ensure that vans have a safe and effective entry point.
Please ensure we are made fully aware of any shallow drains or cables that maybe beneath the ground of where the Bell Tents are to be erected. Simply Bells will not accept any responsibility for any damages to services or the area where the Bell is to be positioned.
We ask that you ensure that the ground is relatively flat and not boggy. Failure to do so could result in the Bells not being erected.
